Not everybody who owns an iPod is a fan
of everything that comes out of Apple, including iTunes, you may find
it difficult to use iTunes and moreover iTunes only offers one way
synchronization of music from PC to iPod, or you are tired of the functionality limits of that piece of software.
Thankfully now you do not need iTunes to
transfer data from PC to iPod. With a third party software alternative
to iTunes, you can move, copy, delete and add music, manage your iPod
without dealing with iTunes.

1 Download and install
Free Download iTransfer, Install and run it.
Then plug in your iPod to computer, if the
connection succeeds, it will show the information of your iPod including
capacity Version, name, etc. choose a Video/Music/Photo then click play button on preview window or just double click the source file to preview it.
2 Put Music Video Photo from iPod to Computer directly
Choose one category where you want to transfer files. Here we take Music as example.
Click File or right click on the files area of iTransfer to open the menu and select Add... then Add files as follows. Or just drag files from your local folder to the files area. A progress window will pop up.
Note: Any video and audio are supported. If the format of video or audio you select is not supported by iPod, iTransfer will convert it to be iPod/Touch/Nano/Classic formats while transferring.
